Day 01. Flight to India (Delhi)
Welcome to Delhi, Capital city of India. This cosmopolitan City is the main gateway for travelers. You will be welcomed here by representative and transferred safe luxury to the Hotel.
Day 02. Delhi India Gate, New Delhi
Morning will be at leisure with breakfast and afternoon after lunch go for sightseeing in Old Delhi. Explore red fort, old city, Jama Masjid, “Kutab Minar” which is 71 meter high, constructed in 1199. We have a drive through New Delhi where we see the India Gate, Government Buildings and Embassies. Leave for Bikaner city at the same day.
Day 03. Bikaner
In the morning after breakfast visit in Bikaner. We visit the Junagarh Fort (1571-1611 AD) constructed of red sandstone and marble with kiosks and balconies embellishing the structure at intervals and we drive through the desert and proceed for Jaisalmer via Osian. Osian is a great centre of Hindu and Jain religions. The oldest Temple here was constructed in 1178 AD. We will leave for Jaisalmer in the late evening.
Day 04. Jaisalmer Heritage
Beautiful sightseeing of the medieval city of Jaisalmer or the desert city, crenellated golden sandstone walls and its narrow streets lined with exquisitely carved buildings makes this city unique. Jaisalmer is famous for its carved havellis (grand mensions). We have a walk through the old city and visit the Fort and the Jain temple. In the afternoon we drive around 40 km. away from Jaisalmer to san dunes where we will enjoy the golden breathtaking sunset. Dine and wine at your luxuries.
Day 05. Jodhpur - Desert
Leave for Jodhpur early morning. Jodhpur, the city was once the capital of the princely state of Marwar (Land of death). Jodhpur is also known as the blue city as most of the houses of the old city are painted blue and famous for jodhpuri style dress and shoes. We will visit the Mehrangarh Fort (majestic fort), built on a steep hill. We also visit the Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph built in white marble. After the sightseeing we have a walk through the colorful Bazaars of Jodhpur, which will make you feel like shop till you drop.
Day 06. Jodhpur - Luni
On the sixth day of our royal journey we take leave from the Sun city (Jodhpur) and drive all the way to Luni. In Luni Fort you can enjoy the overnight stay. Chanwa, which has been converted into a Hotel now is a must see place for art lovers. This fort has big complex of courtyards, towers, water wheels, stables and secret stairways. We also have enough time to have a walk in the Village to have an impression of the fascinating rural life in the area. And lastly around Midnight you will be taken to your flight for home destination and your journey ends here.
